• If an order is not received by customer after 4 weeks of dispatch, customer can claim for refund by contacting us with their order no.
  • If an order is returned back to us for whatever reason, we will resend the order or refund the order amount.
  • Once a customer has placed an order, if we are unable to ship any part of it, we may at our sole discretion, either dispatches a part of the order that is in stock or remove item(s) from the order.
  • 4dailymedicine.com will not be held responsible for lost parcels caused due to an incorrect delivery address entered by the customer. Delivery address cannot be changed once the order has been shipped.
  • It is customer’s obligation to enter correct address at the time of placing order, since we will not be obliged to resend the order at our expense.
  • Our current delivery charge is $20 for every order, and is subject to change at any time.
  • The outer box of all the medicines orders will be removed before dispatch unless it is requested otherwise, this to avoid any delays in airport/customs clearance.
