OVRAL G is an oral contraceptive that prevents pregnancy in females. This medicine is also used for treating endometriosis and condition like missed or delayed periods.

OVRAL G works by preventing ovulation from occurring and thus is used as an oral contraceptive by the females who do not wish to conceive. Intake of this medicine alters the cervical mucus and this stops the fertilized egg from attaching to the uterine lining.
