Glycomet SR - 1000mg

It has a generic name Metformin Hcl, which is an oral anti-diabetic drug used for the treatment of type-2 diabetes. It is also prescribed for type-1 diabetes (insulin dependent). Metformin is the only anti-diabetic medicine that has reflected cardiovascular complications of diabetes. It is also used with other medicines to treat diabetes.
